Well, the holidays make it hard to keep up with this kind of thing.  Especially for a musician.  But:

1. Barbecue - good.
2. Ham in salads - good.
3. Key Lime Pie  - good.
4. Eating with interesting and caring people - good.

An extra long workout for the rest of the week - not good.  But totally totally worth it.
